Keystone operates to a high level of customer service as well as a very high level of Safety Standards Keystone was the first small airline to introduce a Safety Management System in 2005, a full 2 years before it will be mandated by Transport Canada. The Safety Management System is fully operational at Keystone and all employees are tested upon entering the company and retested on a periodic basis. Keystone also invites its passengers to have input into our Safety Systems as we have recently instituted a customer comment survey on all aircraft.
